MrD took my money and never delivered my food.

I placed an order through MrD app for KFC the money was debited from my account few minutes later I received a message saying the restaurant rejected my order I should place another as they have refunded my money. Open placing the 2nd order my transaction was declined due to insufficient fund since that was my last money. When I called MrD they told me that refunds takes 3 days. They took my money, my kids are starved and yet they say there's nothing they can do. Who does that? I asked to speak to the manager till now am still waiting. MrD courier is so cruel. I have never ever seen such cruelty in my life. To think that that was the last cent I had now I don't know what and how am going to feed my kids. They went to bed wit hungry stomach and thanks to KFC meyersdal and MrD courier
