MrD through PnP

I am using MrD many times, but one store-PnP Phillip Nel Park seems to miss my order for some excuse. This will be the second time in 4 days, whereby I order more than One and a half hour before closing time(today more than Two and a half hours)..and they still can not get the order delivered. Your money does not get refunded into your bank account, but rather as a credit on MrD..forcing you to spend it again through them, even if you had to use money to buy somewhere else becaused they missed your order. This is unacceptable. MrD should look into their business directory which businesses is making them look bad...and this one seems to be one of them. Not impressed at all
