MrD **** service l received and bad customer service from their customer service consultant

I ordered chicken licken family full house through Mr D, the driver never delivered my order but he checked it as delivered. I called the driver and he said he delivered the order but he never gave me the order and no one picked up the order. When I asked who he gave the order to he didn't respond and hanged up on me. When I tried to call call back he never answered and ended up blocking me.

My order was R245, when I did follow up with Mr D I was told I was supposed to query with them in less than 3 hours. I explained that I was on a lunch break when I was following up with the guy up until my lunch time was over. So I had to go back to work, when I followed up I was told there is nothing they can do, my money was debited and my food was never delivered. Is it fair to pay for service not rendered or pay for food not delivered. I requested a refund or my money back but to be told there is nothing they can do, just like that.

Im very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received, for the customer service to give me such response of "THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO"
