MrD service

Placed an order at 19:40 and was supposed to be delivered by 20:40. 20:40 came and still no uodate on the Mrd app. Tried to call Mrd number and it only rang. Called KFC directly and they said the order is ready and no driver has collected it. 2 hours passed with struggling to get hold of Mrd to get an update on the food and still no luck. 2 and a half hours later they informed that KFC did not have the food and they cannot do anything. It took them 2 and a half hours after I phoned multiple times to tell me this. Ridiculous service and will never in my life use them again.
