Mrd ******* ?

Absolute disgrace. This company is making an absolute fortune from us, the trusting public. They take your money but do not ensure the contract is fulfilled. In addition, their terms and conditions ensure they have little accountability. Since the amounts are not great, they rely on this vulnerability to ensure we will not "take things further". I have put up with multiple orders with missing items and now the last straw, 2 hours to be informed there is a problem with my order thereby ensuring it is too late to order from elsewhere. I contacted the supplier who informed me the delivery driver had canceled my order? And, that for anything further, you guessed it, contact mrd. To be fair, mrd have contacted me to inform me they are "looking into the matter" but in the interim I have no food and they still have my money. How many people's money are they holding with the same problem ? They are making money from our money. Then, if you are lucky, they will refund your money into (their) your "wallet" thereby forcing you to go through the exact same scenario again. As if we don't have enough problems, this company is ready, willing and able to hold us to ransom. If you have not received your items, as ordered, or not been refunded, you should not leave it, keep your records of correspondence and if not resolved open a case at your local Police station.(*****, Bank *****, consumer protection act?) Mrd "D"? Disgrace, Disgusting, Dissatisfied, Disappointed or de*****ing? Mrd, just make it right.
