Mrd refund

I placed an order via their website, they cancelled the order and promised to refund within 48hours. I then received an email from them stating that the refund was declined and I should provide my banking details. I'm still waiting. And no one cares to follow up. I always have to follow up with them. I'm on the verge of suing, I have lots of time.
