MrD Polokwane unfair labour practice
Unfair labour practice. I worked with them for two years as a delivery guy. We then entered into an two years bike rent to buy with which towards the end of the term they wanted to extend the term with other year which was not part of our agreement. When I started to complain about the extension they then decided to block my profile and delete me on all chat groups to silence me and close the communication gap between me and other members.
They then called everyone individually to sign the extension with a thread that they will terminate their contracts in failure to sign the new agreement while I was waiting patiently to be called and listen to their threads I therefore received an email notifying me that my contract can not be extended and therefore cannot be in any business relationship with their company and in return that means I loss my bike since our dealings is over.
To my surprise they took the monthly bike rental fee R 2000 for the service the cancelled.
You are a freelance delivery guy but should you not be on duty on a Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday they will deduct R 240 per day the money that you don't even make a on a day. You deliver and not record a door bell at arrival or network have issues you faced with a R5 fine for every order which the system cannot record the bell.
You do not accept a food order for any reason whatsoever they charge you R10 for the an order you didn't earn for.
