MrD & NIKO'S PINESLOPES - UNACCEPTABLE FOOD AND SERVICE!!!

Hi All I order from MrD frequently, and i'm mostly satisfied with the service and food delivered. On the 27th of December I ordered a meal from NIKO'S PINESLOPES, Lone Hill. Firstly the order was incomplete...sauce missing and the sauce that was given, was only three quarters full. Also, 50% of the fries were under cooked and inedible. I have ordered from NIKO'S before and the food was great!! I complained immediately and even sent photos of the food as requested by MrD. Got a mail back that said that they will investigate......and nothing since!!! I've mailed Rubushe Mawethu of MrD. repeatedly since, but nothing!! I find this unacceptable....in these difficult times R184.00 is a lot to spend on a meal. If was at Niko's and received unacceptable food, I can complain immediately. This is not possible with delivered meals, so I rely on MrD. to sort this out!!! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING THAT THEY CAN'T EVEN REPLY!!
