MrD is trash, we’re not safe

I ordered a meal via this App. The driver who delivered the meal attempted to open my door without knocking, when I questioned him he gave me an attitude and denied it but I was at my door waiting to open my open as I have been informed he was outside. I logged a complain via customer care wow what a joke and waste of time. It took then a whole month for them to get back to me and I’m the one who had to ask for feedback all they did was send me robot responses. Today again I ask for feedback and Carlo Carderberg sends me an insulting r35 voucher for what I don’t know. My issue was not to receive a voucher but alerting them as to what these drives are doing, there have been many cases with drivers invading our privacy and disrespecting us only for customer care to bribe us with vouchers. Please review your drivers before sending them to our homes and get customer service to do follow ups. We have a right to privacy and if I feel like my privacy has been violated I have a right to complain and you have a responsibility to take me serious without bribing me.
