MrD is a time waster!

MrD drives me insane. I feel like I’m forever having to make a complaint. A friend had sent me a Snack Me Gift and in order to accept it, an OT number had to be sent to my number.. why?? I have no clue. I contacted MrD to assust with putting my new number in my profile.

Today, when I try to use that gift voucher, it is not showing on my profile any more. It shows on the app that there is the voucher but soon as I open it, it shows nothing. I haven’t used it at all.

I contacted MrD again to assist. They suggested a reboot of the app. I did it and still nothing. I am tired of contacting them for assistance for it to amount to nothing. If I don’t get my voucher that a friend kindly sent to me, then I’ll never use them again EVER!
