MrD Hire Bad, Dont Care, Dont Fix

10+ successfull no issue orders from Ubereats & mrD Messed up my last 3 orders. 1st one. Delivery was at wrong house, I spoke to MrD 3 times. "Your driver is outside" Hangsup. Had to call back and speak to different agent. This happend twice. The guy was 5 houses up, could barely speak english and Google Maps was not working Got an email, told them issue. Got this reply "The details of your experience have been sent to our driver management team who’ll ensure this is dealt with.

3rd time. Also some guy who could barely speak english. Couldnt find my place and then my order was not delivered. I messaged mrD on the old email, no reply (20 hours now).

Ordered again, guy could speak english so told him how to get to my house.

Wrote this review because multiple messups and NO FIX!!!
