Mr.D for Disappointment

I placed an order with Mr. D tonight at 18:26 I only received my order at 20:30. This is after i logged complaints about my driver being lost. I made several phone calls to the driver and even shared my live location on WhatsApp with her, only for her to show up 2 hours later and have the nerve to blame for her being late. The customer service then sends me a R15 coupon for my next order, but let’s be honest, no amount of coupons can wipe away such terrible service. The coupon for me was just adding insult to injury. Mr. D thinks it’s okay to treat people so poorly and just offer them a R15 to make them forget about the horrible service. I will never use them again.
