MRD FOOD REFUSES TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS.

It was my first order, so you can imagine how upset i am because of the experience I had with MrD. I spoke to a Nabil first and he dropped the line in my ear. I then called again and spoke to Keanan and I asked him to call me back if the line dropped. He did not. I eventually emailed and Maxine helped me. She did not even help me properly, she gave me next to nothing. She then gave me a coupon trying to force me to use the app again and I refuse! A guy named Cwenga then said he would help me and never responded to my email. THEN A CHAD.B EMAILED ME THE EXACT SAME EMAIL MAXINE SENT. The utter disregard for customers needs are not considered. COMPLETELY PUTRID! I AM SO DISGUSTED. I asked them to collect the food but they refuse. This is complete ****e.
