Mrd food delivery not good

I've placed my food order through mr d food delivery and it's been over 1 hour 30 minutes waiting for my food. I called and they said the delivery is on the way. 30 minutes later I called again and they can't track the driver. On my app nothing is moving. It shows the food are still being made by the restaurant.
