MrD driver did not deliver food and Mr D will not refund me

I ordererd food last night at 9. It was loadshedding. There is clear instructions on the app where to delivered. The driver said he cant find the complex. He send me a message via driver message box. Ivexplained there is to big signs with name. I asked him if he found it he did not respond. I send another message to please respond.. he did not respond. I kept the messages. I asked forca refund and MrD responded that I was not available to take the delivery. I was sitting in my kitchen. The driver did not even try to phone me. I could have directed him. *****ing my money and food, probably also going to be blamed on loadshedding. It is a disgrace. I will not make use of Mr D again.
