MrD Customer Service center is pathetic

*****ulent online transactions went off my account on the 27 & 28 Dec 24 with a reference of MrD, when i phoned their customer care the guy could not help me further he said is working from home so i asked for his name surname and employee he said he cant give me his surname and employee number, i then asked for emails were i can address my complaint he said cant give me that either.
