I made an order yesterday and the driver was at a different location, not the one on my account. The driver sent a message saying he is here, I took a screenshot of his location via email to the support team and have no response till now. My order shows as being delivered but the driver did not come or deliver it to me. What frustrates me the most is that I moved from UberEats wanting to give MrD a chance only for me to be disappointed. To top that off, I have not received any response from the support team till now and they shamelessly took my money, there is no way to reverse it.

So disgusted!!!!
