MrD cares about their customers

My 5 star rating actually goes to the customer service department. I had an issue with my order, and I assumed it would be a nightmare trying to raise the issue with someone who would listen, let alone attempt a refund. BUT I was pleasantly surprised and Really impressed that they responded, addressed and solved the issue within a few hours. Wow. Really really happy with how things were handled!!
