MrD always disappointing

Samsung - offers the vouchers for purchasing their products, with a "Buy and Get" promotion, we chose the MrD voucher. According to Samsung MrD has a technical problem with their app... It's going to take approximately 4 working days to sort out this issue... How convenient... Strange that it's only the otp pin that is a problem as MrD website is running 100%...just pathetic
