Mr Undelivery

I placed an order for over R400 and i said on the order that we only want the food delived at 6pm this evening and I phoned Steers at Sunset Beach and told them that the delivery was only for 6pm tonight. I also sent an email to Mr D telling them mthat the delivery must only be at 6pm tonight . So what happens they deliver the food at 2pm. I told the driver it was surpose to be for 6pm tonight and he tells me that he wasnt told that. What is wrong with your company. The call centre lady said that it was my mistake and she cannot refund me. I called Steers at Sunset Beach and they were kind enough to say that they will resend the order this evening.
