I placed an order yesterday, 8/7/2020 After 18:30 and it went off my bank account I waited for more than hour only to be told it was a collection order, Sthembiso is arrogant, Robyn told me 2 different reasons, charlotte told me a different solution which made sense but they have refused to reisssue order I never received or collected coz their system said it said “collect” and offered to refund 50% where does the rest go to, you are all liers, ******* and what you took from me will make you suffer even more
