Mr slow Delivery

On Sunday I ordered Burger meals and extra fries and sides from Burger King via Mr Delivery. Unfortunately I only received the fries that comes with the meals and not the extra fries. I called the Mr D helpline and they promised to investigate but never received any feedback. I also gave the delivery a poor rating as this would result in email correspondence, which it did, but I am still waiting for any feedback.

What can possibly take so long?

Mr D, can you give me feedback? This kind of thing must happen often enough that you know how to handle it by now??
