Mr non delivery bad service

I ordered food last night, the driver was never at my gate and never phoned me to saz he is here. I recieved a response from mr d customer support that thez cannot refund me as this has happened before. This is pathetic customer service as i have spent alot of money over the years. I will not use Mr deliverz or shal i saz Mr non delivery
