In today’s world of" I can do whatever I want and you must just deal with I"t…let me explain something to you…

If your drivers are going to be rude and short with customers that they are delivering to…your service will come to an end as ppl will stop wanting to use your service as there is NO option to "exclude" the tip, its already included…so the driver can do as he pleases…the tip is already included hey?

Your drivers are EXTREMELY RUDE. Driver phones me to let me know “I am outside”, as your map never updated as to where the driver was, but you’ll blame this on the internet, granted or an bug in the app... Driver tells me he is outside, so I tell him thank you I am around…and while am I still busy talking to him, he puts the phone down on me….I lambasted him when I phoned back after that and did not apologize for it.

If you're driver's do not know what common courtesy is, which is treating those around you and those you interact with, with respect, then don’t expect to get any of it back…What a **** service and it’s such a pity you have incompetence as drivers. They don’t adhere to the rules of the road, go thru red lights and stop streets, drive on footpaths, don’t pay attention, cut in front of people who are driving at speed..etc etc etc

I have ordered from you multiple times from the same address of late, all of a sudden you decide where you want to send the order…**** SERVICE. But wait, it's not your fault, it’s the app hey? I won’t be using your service EVER again…thanks for letting down yet another South African with the NEW South African service standards, which is simply put, after payment is received, hurry up and wait for nothing, and you just get fed with lies sprinkled with dreams…just like another origination I know that runs our country
