Mr non delivery

I placed a order to mc donalds in Balitto and made an eft, witch went off immediatly, then they say they cant make the delivery due to no stock. I then proceeded to phone mc donalds that rep**** that there is stock of everything, I then requested a refund and got the reply it will take 5 business days for refund, I did not pay them and it took 5 days before they received the money , ridiculous...never again mr d sucks, then spoke to mr d and told the guy to phone mc donalds and phone me back, yeh. Right mabey in 5 days
