Mr Late Delivery

<p>1st time i have used this app to order food, granted it was a promo day where they decided to deliver for free but if you choose to run a promo make sure you have the nescessary structures in place to account for it. so my 1st experience staretd off well, app was user friendly order simple, payment done and confirmed order. teh app provides a time line on expected timings and then updates teh time as they happen, started off all accordingly to schedule, until the food was picked up, from this point it took about 40 minutes just to deliver, on what is a 10 minute max drive ( i know this as i do it every day) at about minute 36 from collection i get a call saying the driver is stuck in traffic, i ask a few questions, i get given no answers. i am told - i dont track the drivers i was just told to let you know he is in traffic. anyway eventually the driver arrives, in no great rush may i add, so i ask what traffic were you stuck in, to which i get a response, i was not in traffic we are just very busy. so my food is ridiculously cold to the point that i had to put it in the microwave and enjoy it nice and soggy. well thank you MR D, this will probably the last time you ever hear from me or anyone that i may come across who i can share this experience with.</p>
