Mr Ds unpleasant service

Good Day,

I ordered my food through Mr D on the 1st of July at KFC, paid wit EFT. I waited for a long time so I called to enquire, only then I was told my order was missed and money has been reversed to my account but it will only reflect after a day or so. I was concerned as I was terribly hungry and I did not understand why was it rejected or missed but they took my money and why wasn't I called to be informed about all this. the money did come back, I think after a day and a half, but still how is this convenient for a hungry customer who used their last money on the order? do they sleep hungry? I was not happy at all. I had to riskly place another order after the disappointment.

now today I placed another order through Mr D again at Wimpy, same issue happens. money out my account, no food.

I think this is becoming a norm or habit now. worse today I honestly do not have any other funds to re order like last time.
