Mr Ds' poor delivery service and dishonest drivers!!!

I ordered 2 pizzas with a a 2 litre cooly via Mr D. The driver arrived with just 2 pizzas and he left without giving me my cool drink. Just 5 minutes after he had gone I realised he still had my cooldrink, I called him several time and he didn't pick up. I quickly rated his service with a thumbs down and he called me back. First he answered by saying I saw your missed calls, so I said my cooldrink? He said Oh I forgot that they placed your cooldrink in my bag. He said he had another delivery and he will come around afterwards, I waited and waited and it's past midnight now. This driver is very dishonest and I don't know how Mr D screens their drivers. I paid for that cooldrink and he just couldn't be bothered.
