Mr D's employees, do NOT care about YOU...!!!

I ordered food from Big Daddy's on the Mr D app, the 26th of October 2024. The order was almost R800.

After a few minutes, a lady from Mr D calls me, saying that Big Daddy's can't do my order and that they are canceling it.

I was so upset, seeing that in the past 5 days, I've placed an order with Big Daddy's, 3 times and 3 times, they canceled !!!

I said that during our conversation and stressed my annoyance with the restaurant, for the mismanagement of their stock each day/week/month...now causing all of this.

The lady from Mr D simply put the phone down, cutting our call, without saying sorry for any inconvenience or even just saying goodbye. (all my incoming and outgoing phone calls are recorded - as are yours)

This is the most unprofessional person and therefore business (employees are the face of a business - Mr D), i have ever dealt with!
