Mr D's App and Service

We've used Mr Delivery (food app) on several occasions and the order has ALWAYS been late or incorrect and by late I means super late, not 15 minutes, more like an hour! Everytime we have to follow up on where our order is after receiving "at your door" notifications which are incorrect. Call Centre staff are unfriendly and unable to assist. Your support staff on e-mail make ridiculous requests when investigating the matter. Today I was asked to provide pictures of the order I received four days ago.

Warning to all, rather use Uber Eats - never had a problem! Steer clear of the Mr D app!
