Mr Don’t Deliver!

I ordered a meal on Tuesday and the meal was late. By the time the food came, the food was cold, the drink was warm and flat. I asked the delivery person if they could rather return it as I knew I was not going to eat it AND ITS A WASTE OF MONEY, she said she couldn’t. I complained 2 or 3 different times using the “log a query” option and to date I have received no communication back from them or reimbur*****t.
