Mr Divery did not deliver

I ordered food and the order was accepted at 19H19. It is now 20h56 and nothing has arrived. The delivery time according to their appbwas 19h32. According to their policy, they will contact you should the order be late.

Well the money has been taken from my bank account, I phoned the restaurant and the food is ready. They have not collected....

I want my money back not a voucher. Thisnis not the firstnproblem I experienced with them
