Mr delivery's service is the worst!!

I ordered food on the mr delivery app and paid online, as I usually do from time to time. Usually when the driver has arrived he sends a text on the app to advice of he's arrival. Today nothing came through and after a few munites my order was marked as undeliverable. I sent an email to query and asked for a refund if my food could not be delivered. I'm only getting a reply now to say they WILL NOT be refunding my money. So there goes my R200, without getting what I paid for!
