Mr Delivery's ATROCIOUS service

I've just had the most terrible experience with Mr Delivery. After ordering a meal from their mobile app which was accepted and paid for, I quickly tried to cancel the order to try order something else. A few calls later I got hold of a customer services consultant that told me they DO NOT accept cancellations. "That's the way it is" she's been told by management. I was left speechless. This must be the worst service I've experience in years, at a time when technology is simplifying the way we do business. Mr D app deleted. UBER EATS is the future.
