Mr Delivery...need to study what customer service means

Two weeks ago I placed an order for Romans Pizza to be delivered to me. Upon registering on the Mr D app it used "my location" to determine the delivery address which I could not manually change as the address reflected was not my address. I proceeded to place and pay the order and when I received the email confirmation from Mr D I immediately emailed back informing them of the address issue. I did not receive a response to my email nor did they bother to phone me. I then received a call from the driver to who told me that they cannot deliver to where I stay as this is not part of their routes. I therefore did not receive the pizza but also did not receive a refund. This is extremely poor customer service and I will NEVER make use of their service again.
