Mr Delivery will protect a ********'s identity than the victim - I urge you to use cash only while using this app

My bank card was used to order food from Mr Delivery, without my knowledge. This happened a couple of times. I asked Mr D to investigate , they asked me for bank statements , transaction dates etc. All seemed fine. Then, after they found out who it was they told me that they cannot tell me who is behind it because of POPI act. Can you believe it? They are prepared to protect the *****ster more than me the victim. I tried to plead with them all they said was contact your bank!

I really need to know who used my card so many times, and why are they protecting that ******** instead of me.
