Mr Delivery (WILL NEVER SUPPORT THEM AGAIN!!!!)

Placed an order tonight for a meal from a place that is about 3km away. An Hour later, the food hasn't been collected by the restaurant which obviously means (And yes it was) ICE COLD once it EVENTUALLY arrived after calling Mr D helpline (JUST AS PATHETIC AND USELESS). It took Mr D over an hour to collect my order. My order was incorrect as items I paid for were not sent. So the usual of now getting hold of them again on the helpline.

So for an order that is nearly R400... they give me a coupon for R25... Cold food... missing items...Customer service is NONE existant. I Want my Money Back.
