Mr Delivery who cheats customers of their refunds

September 12 I made an order to Mr Delivery right after I made the order I realized l had placed my work address instead of my home address I cancelled the order immediately the order before the driver even picked up the order in store, I then requested a refund went back and forth with a consultant named Zipho.M she then refunded my Mr delivery account with half of what's due to me saying I never showed up even after explaining to her a thousand times that I cancelled the order, I then asked her to get her manager to call me as I'm not getting anywhere with her as I have been explaining the same issue to her and instead it seems as if I'm speaking to a robot that keeps on sending me a copy and paste of a message, instead of a call from her manager I received a text case is closed and to give my rating, how does she close an unresolved matter? My request to even speak to her manager was also not filfulled.
