Mr Delivery, where is my FNB card?

My FNB Card was sent through Mr Delivery but has still not arrived. I followed up with FNB and found that FNB provided them with the incorrect contact number. I have been trying to call Mr Delivery on *** but they keep dropping the call. I then tried calling on *** and have been on hold for over an hour. Surely if you can't get hold of a client you would contact the sender to either check the details or get an alternative number??
