Mr Delivery Uitenhage. Dont make your problem mine

Pathetic, I ordered food from Mc Donalds for my daughter because I got called out to work at night. She phoned me and said there is a long brown hair on her burger. I feel I have paid upfront for the delivery and food. I am busy on a breakdown in a factory and the call centre now whants photos uploaded before they can process my complaint. I said to them I have paid for the food, got food delivered because I am not at home when is she going to eat if they first whant to process everything. I feel the driver could have gone back and look at the burger and take if back where it came from and corrected the delivery or he/she can go and take a photo and upload it. Now they make it your problem. Wil not use their service again.
