Mr delivery u are *******

Who else finds Mr delivery pathetic.. 4days I'm trying this app with no luck.. 2day (7 may 2020) finally at 11am I managed 2 place my order n payment was processed n yes I was over the moon.. Now 2 n a half hours later with no delivery I went 2 kliepfontien 2 they office only for them 2 say I need head office 2 help.. So after I have no idea how many calls I'm told that they cannot help me.. Some technical error so I will have 2 order again online n pay for it.. Also I will have 2 wait 3 or 4 days 2 get a refund. *** So basically I wasted my money, time, petrol n still without my food.. all for nothing.. After my experience I have read that there are so many ppl having the same problem. How can u take our money without any service provided n expect us 2 wait for 3 to 4days for a refund.. Total bull s**t
