Mr. Delivery ****ty Service

I want to express my disgust and anger that I ordered food from Mr. Delivery for Pedro's Kempton Park were i was given the Oder number DFD*** The amount went off my Tyme Bank account, but the app says they did not receive the payment how do i get an order number when payment was not received? I then contacted my bank, and the amount was declared it has gone through, so where is my money? The more i explain to them that i cannot send them a proof of payment right now as Tyme bank takes 24 for transactions to reflect they say I cannot be assisted so i must starve until i get a statement is that real?
