MR DELIVERY TOOK MY MONEY BUT DID NOT DELIVER THE FOOD.

On Sunday the first of November I made an order on Mr Delivery. I ordered two MacDonalds MacFeast medium meals. I waited almost two hours for the order to arrive but it didn’t. Until I drove to the restaurant where I was told their system was down.

I then sent an email to Mr Delivery and asking that a refund be processed, and also sent my receipt but I have not heard from them. No one seems to care about it. Is it perhaps because it was just a R205.00 meal.

Should I just let it go and hope that the money goes to some charity organisation? I’m ****ing annoyed.
