MR DELIVERY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER GOT MY FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!

I received the worse possible service from Mr D never replaced my money!!!!! I place an order on the site, the processed payment via card...as the store declined my order. I received an email stating my money was "fully refunded" checked my bank account and nothing!!!!!! Contacted Mr D they told me it could take 24hrs-5 days to reflect in my account!!!! I am completely cheesed off at this because when placed the order and made payment it went through immediately they didn't have to wait 24HRS-5DAYS!!!!!!!!!!! SO WHY MUST I??????????!!!!!!! It has been 24HRS AND NO SIGN OF MY REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY REFLECTING IN MY ACCOUNT TODAY!!!!!!!!!!
