Mr Delivery took my money and has not rendered their service and now wants me to wait up to 48 hours for a refund

Placed an order at 9am this morning. The payment went through but my delivery never came. Checked the app and they had no record of my order.

It is now almost 12pm and they are telling me I would possibly need to wait up to 48 hours for money that they took out of my bank account for a service they have not delivered.

In this day and age R1000 is alot of money. Spending it on groceries is not a joke.

I'm sick and tired of Mr Delivery taking me for a joke. The money isn't yours, you haven't rendered a service. I want my money back now so my family can eat!
