Mr. Delivery took my money

I made a order at Mr. D at 19:04 at KFC for a double crunch burger and a double crunch burger small meal for the amount of R165.99 including my delivery and tip the amount went off of my account 2 times the app toke me to my home page and no delivery was made I tried contacting the help center but there is no answer they took R331.98 from my account and no service was delivered this is unacceptable how can they do this I will never use this service again I want my money back!
