Mr Delivery to Mr Don't care

Waiting for my food for over an hour now. Food ready time was 19h38 and it is now 20h34 this is pathetic. IF the food arrives it will be ICE COLD. How do they think it makes their customers feel. Is this what they mean by best customer satisfaction? This is customer disappoinment.
