Mr Delivery Theft!

Absolutely utterly disappointed in my service from Mr Delivery! On 27th November 2022 I ordered Ocean Basket on Mr Delivery, they duplicated my request and sent out two deliveries, I accepted the first delivery and then 3 minutes later a second order (that I was also charged for) arrived, I did not accept the order and sent the driver back with the order and immediately sent an enquiry on Email to Mr delivery to notify them of the problem and to ask them to refund me for the duplicate charge. They have not refunded me and have not supp**** satisfactory feedback, saying that both orders were delivered and accepted. As far as I am concerned they are absolute *******. I would caution people against using their services, rather use Uber eats, I never have problems with their deliveries
