Mr Delivery terrible service

On four occasions I’ve ordered through Mr Delivery this year I’ve recieved a delivery with missing items and every single time they just give me a lousy R15 coupon on the app to “make up for the inconvenience” which doesn’t even cover delivery fee for me to reorder the missing item. This is such an inconvenience because now I have to either spend more money on having the missing item delivered or I’m forced to have my meal with a missing item and I don’t even get to enjoy it because the missing item is what makes the meal better, and the customer service agents are always so nonchalant and unbothered every single time I report this!! I am so frustrated right now!! I actually lost my appetite!
