Mr Delivery Terrible Service

I had such a terrible experience with this company, I just downloaded the App and placed an order to recieve short items from my order. I took a picture and sent an enquiry and only to get a response a day later after I had to call for feedback. I was given R71 credit which I used, I waited over 3 hours for my order and still have not received it, I sent emails with no response at all.

What terrible service is this?
